The entrance of this beautiful house gives access to an interior courtyard covered by a glass roof that protects it from the inclemency of the weather without losing the natural light that makes it warm and comfortable. Around this courtyard, spread over three floors accessible by stairs or lift, are the different rooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance hall and a small full bathroom with a shower. Heading up to the first floor, there is a living-dining room with an electric fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and all the necessary utensils for use. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the third and top floor, you'll find the fourth bedroom, also with a double bed, and a small full bathroom with a shower. All rooms are bright and face the exterior. In addition, every bedroom offers views of the Cathedral.
From the third floor we also have access to the terrace of the house with beautiful views of Seville, the Cathedral and, of course, the Giralda. The terrace has a table for 8 people, a shower, hammocks to enjoy the good weather that the city has to offer, and a small private pool measuring 1.80 x 1.60 meters with a depth of 50 cm — perfect for cooling off while taking in the panoramic views. If the weather is rainy or cold, you can also enjoy the views from the covered veranda on the terrace.
The decoration of this property is designed to delight your senses. All the spaces are designed to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the heart of Seville.
