At Época Suites, we restore historic homes to offer more than just accommodation: a boutique experience rooted in Seville's monumental architecture. Each building is a lovingly restored masterpiece, where the interior design speaks to the original architecture, and every corner tells a story.

Governor's House
- Residence designed in 1928 by Juan Talavera y Heredia, architect of Seville City Hall and the Mudejar Pavilion in Plaza de América.

- Charming rural retreat: Located in El Castillo de las Guardas, this villa accommodates up to 10 guests in three bedrooms (two doubles and one with three bunk beds), ideal for families or groups.
- Cozy and soulful decor: the living-dining room radiates warmth thanks to a classic fireplace, combined with carefully crafted furnishings (a sofa, chairs with patterned fabrics, a wooden table, and an elegant piano that adds character to the room).
- Rustic and functional details: ceramic floors, exposed wooden beams, soft lighting (hanging and table lamps), and decorative pieces that reflect a refined rustic style.
- Connection with nature: the terrace and garden open onto panoramic views of the rural surroundings, with an outdoor dining area perfect for dinners or relaxing at sunrise and sunset.
